Orders are shipped only via private carrier UPS.
USPS shipments are prohibited for tobacco products.

We do not ship to Washington State, where direct-to-consumer tobacco shipments are prohibited.

TJKG LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that violates state or local restrictions.
You acknowledge that you may be liable for use or excise tax even if not collected at checkout.
Orders are shipped via UPS within 2 business days.
Packages include humidification when delivery is expected to exceed 3 days.
TJKG LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events beyond our control.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, USPS addresses, or internationally.
All products sold are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
All sales are final due to the perishable nature of cigars and tobacco.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.
