Shipping & Payment Policy

Hill Cigar Co. is a DBA of TJKG LLC, a Missouri limited liability company.
This page explains how we process orders, handle deliveries, and accept payments.
1. Shipping Options & Coverage
We ship all orders via UPS Ground from our brick-and-mortar cigar shop in St. Louis, Missouri.
- Shipping Zone: We currently ship to customers across the continental United States.
- No International Shipping: We do not ship outside the U.S. or to U.S. territories.
- No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO: Orders must be sent to valid street addresses.
2. Adult Signature Required
Federal law requires an adult (21+) signature upon delivery for all tobacco products. Carriers may request photo ID at the time of delivery.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Standard UPS Ground delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.
- Humidification: For shipments expected to take more than 3 days, we include humidification to protect product quality.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
As a small independent shop, we are unable to offer free shipping, but we take every precaution to ensure safe and proper delivery.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Packages
- If your package is damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.
- If your package is lost, we will work with UPS to file a claim. We are not responsible for carrier errors, but we’ll help resolve the issue where possible.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of cigars and tobacco, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us promptly to resolve any problems.
7. Payment Options

All payments are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your credit card number.
8. Payment Instructions & Requirements
- Orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
- Transactions are encrypted and processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
